• Your room will be ready for occupancy from 1:00 PM on the day of arrival.
• On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 AM at the latest.
• Should you arrive after 6:00 PM, please inform us briefly.

• For a binding reservation, we request a deposit per room. You can conveniently pay this by bank transfer or by debiting your credit card.
• The remaining payment is made on site upon departure in cash or by credit card. We accept EC-Bancomat card, Visa, and Mastercard. Please check your credit card limit for international payments before check-out.
• We do not accept American Express or checks.
• We can accept cash payments from EU citizens up to an amount of 4,999.99 Euros. Higher amounts in cash may only be accepted from non-EU citizens.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. We charge 10.00 Euros per day for your four-legged friend, without food.

To ensure all guests feel comfortable, we kindly ask you to observe a few things:

• Leash requirement
  Please keep your dog on a leash throughout the hotel area to avoid disturbing other guests and to keep encounters with other dogs relaxed.
• In the room

  Please bring a dog blanket or a basket for your dog. Should anything be damaged by your dog, we reserve the right to charge for the damage incurred.
• Dining room and wellness area

  Please note that dogs are not allowed in the dining room or the entire wellness area.
• On the hotel grounds

  We ask you to keep the hotel premises clean and to immediately remove any soiling. Please do not leave your dog unattended on the hotel grounds.
• Walking paths
  Around the Sonnegg, you will find beautiful paths for short and longer walks with your four-legged friend.

• All prices are per person and night, including meals.
• Additionally, we charge a local tax of 2.80 Euros per person per night. This will be charged separately, is payable on site, and applies to all guests aged 14 and over.

• Your room at Sonnegg is bindingly reserved for you after our written confirmation by email and your subsequent reconfirmation.

• Family room: €8.00 per person per day for occupancy with 2 people
• Double room for single use: €30.00 per day

We offer attractive discounts for our little guests. Children’s prices are per child per day and apply depending on the room category with 2 full-paying adults:

In the 3rd and 4th bed in parents’ room (with 2 full-paying adults)

• Babies up to 2 years: €15
• up to 5 years: €22
• up to 11 years: €30
• up to 15 years: €38
• from 16 years: €48

In the family room:

• up to 5 years: €35
• up to 11 years: €50
• up to 15 years: €55
• from 16 years: €60

Should you need to cancel your holiday, we kindly ask you to inform us in writing.

• For cancellations up to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge a processing fee of 30.00 Euros per booked room.
• For cancellations from 30 days before arrival, we charge 30% of the total price of the booked stay.
• Within the last 7 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the total price of the booked stay.
• In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, late arrival, early departure, or no-show, the full room price will be charged.
• To ensure you are well protected in case of unforeseen circumstances, we work with European Travel Insurance and recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
